Expert Witness

We represent both plaintiffs and defendants for their legal needs.

I am a dedicated full-time Emergency Medicine Pharmacist practicing in a high-volume emergency department in North Carolina. My opinions are informed by ongoing, real-world clinical practice rather than solely academic or retired experience.

After completing a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and a PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency, I earned Board Certification in Critical Care Pharmacy (BCCCP). For nearly 15 years, I have specialized in critical care and emergency medicine, continuing to provide direct bedside care to critically ill patients every shift.

My role has grown to encompass in-depth forensic analysis of medication-related cases, including errors, adverse drug events, and system failures. I have actively participated in more than 40 major protocol, guideline, policy, and process improvement projects. In both hospital and independent consulting capacities, I perform comprehensive pharmacy regulatory reviews, offer clarifications to policies and protocols, and assist clients with accreditation readiness and compliance strategies.

Additionally, I precept pharmacy students and resident learners, providing immersive bedside training to prepare them for high-acuity practice.
